I'm very happy with the service at Action Automotive. They scheduled a day and time to bring in my car, they completed service as promised, and the cost was what I expected. No surprises, just straight up good service by friendly people.

I've got a SMART car, and I've been to Action Automotive two times now. Both times, the folks were prompt and efficient, gave a clear idea of the time it would take to inspect/service my car, and stuck to that timeline. And this time, I had a discount, so my oil change was about half price, which was great. I'd recommend them to any SMART driver looking for service.

I've been to action automotive twice now in the past couple of years. I live about 3 hours away and will continue to make the drive just to have them look at my car and make any necessary corrections. In that 2 years I've been to 8 other mechanics and this one was by far the best as far as efficiency, communication, and bedside manners go. They were even able to correct things that weren't done right from previous mechanics and are fair in prices as well. I am highly recommending them to all my friends and will do so to others as well who inquire about a good mechanic.
