Very friendly and quick!

The other day I was stalled out on the side of the highway with a smoking radiator and after a quick tow these guys had me back on the road in two days. They ordered me an Uber home so I didn’t have to stress and the entire thing went way better then I imagined when I saw that smoke looming like a fiery dragon breath earlier that week! I was so relieved it didn’t turn into the nightmare I had imagined and it was comforting to bring my vehicle to some familiar faces and be able to drive my car to work instead of renting a car etc . They got me right in!

Having just moved back to Oregon from Colorado, we've been searching for a quality auto repair shop in the Eugene area. We had the opportunity to take our Subaru in for repairs when we found that our differential required servicing to fix a crack in the housing. Action Automotive was great. They diagnosed the problem and presented us with alternatives, including one that reduced the overall cost of repairs. They were great communicators and were very upfront with repair estimates and options. I will not hesitate to use Action Automotive again and would highly recommend them to others.

My car runs great

I had a Alignment done on my Honda Odyssey, finished the same day. The friendly staff set me up with a Uber with no charge to take me and pick me up from work. Good work/Good price. Thanks Action Automotive....

Normally don't do reviews but these people were absolutely fantastic. Went in to service an old beater car I only use for commuting to/from work. They didn't try to sell me more than I needed, didn't repair something that was still ok to use and were very thoughtful about the work they did to match my needs of only needing the car to get from point A to B. Would highly recommend these people. P.S. I'm a cheap old bastard that is very hard to please and I was pleased with their service.
