I was in Eugene to take my son to IntroDUCKtion. My car just stopped working when I got to my hotel. I was able to get it to Action the next day and they took great care of it! They even gave us a ride to and from the college!!! Friendly, courteous and honest! I highly recommend!

The customer care here is next level. Craig, Bryan, and Roma are all super nice and very helpful. I've always felt well informed about my options here, and never felt pressured to purchase services I don't need. I've been a customer here for years, and am fully satisfied with my service. A+!!!

Got my BMW serviced here for the first time after using the BMW dealership's shop for the lifetime of my car. They did an excellent and prompt job. From what I can tell so far, they offer more value for less cost at Action Automotive.

I take my 2013 Honda CRV to Action Automotive for all my repair needs. I found them almost a year ago, and they make everything so easy! I put quite a few miles on my car, so I need someone to notice when a service needs to be done to avoid it getting any worse. They find what needs to be done, take care of it quickly, and they have a great person to take you where you need to go so you are not sitting around a car shop all day, or have to call someone on your own to come get you. It's great. I highly recommend these guys (and gal)!
