Honest, fair and thorough. A customer for 6 years now. After moving to the area I struggled to find a good mechanic. After 4 tries I found Action Automotive. I have recommended all my friends and family to their shop.

I have lived in Eugene for 70 years. I have had mixed experience at a variety of auto repair facilities, but action automotive has always exceeded my expectitions. The front office staff and the technicians have always treated me with dignity and respect. I also appreciate the military discount I receive. My vehicles have never run better and all my repairs have been priced fairly, I know this because i’ve Checked prices with my dealer.

We have consistently found Craig and the staff at Action Auto to be very professional in their communications and services. We can count on the repairs being done right the first time and reasonably priced. What more can you ask for!
