After going to two other BMW specialists and being charged for both things that weren’t done, and things done unnecessary. I happened to stumble upon Action Automotive. Right from the get go there began a respectful and professional rapport. Very competent narration in explaining things to me in a language I can understand. I felt good the first time walking through their doors. The cherry on the sundae is when they accepted the competitor coupons I received from one of the other BMW specialists that I had previously haphazardly trusted. Wow! When you find a quality company with top notch quality employees, you have found gold! They have a lifelong customer with this BMW owner. Thank you guys!

Took our car in for regular maintenance and to diagnose warning lights that had come on. The staff were great at letting us know what needed to be done once they diagnosed it. They were honest in what could wait and what was recommended to be done. We found the recommendations to be honest and fair.

Craig and the rest of the crew at action automotive were fantastic! I had a puncture in my gas tank (yes, someone drilled a hole to siphon gas...) and he replaced the tank with a used part for half of the cost of the dealership. He also helped me get my car towed when AAA could not help due to their “1 tow per break-down” policy. Over all, they were very helpful, pleasant to work with and had the work done in just a couple days!! I will certainly be going back for any future car needs.
