I have used action automotive for numerous repairs over the past year on my vehicle. Being unfamiliar with cars and new to the area I was very nervous to go to a new business with the fear of someone taking advantage of my lack of knowledge in car repair. Every employer i’ve spoken to has been respectful, friendly, informative and upfront about my vehicles needs. I’ve never felt pressured to agree to get something fixed on my vehicle and they have always worked with my work schedule and budget to the best of their ability. They have even provided me with a ride home in the past.I 100% recommend their services!!

My car had a mystery rattle which no one could pinpoint except Action Auto! I swore it was the exhaust, or worst case- transmission. After 4 visits to other shops, AA took the time to find the true cause- it was the custom air filter box! Saved me thousands I may have spent on a new trans! Courteous & reasonable prices. A+

They are very speedy and a really great shop. Love all the mechanics there as well as the front help person. I recommend their shop to every one I know.

Action Automotive performed a diagnostics test on my broken engine. Although it was not cost effective for me to replace engine, they were very nice and professional. When I need work on my next car, I will definitely utilize their services.

John & Craig were amazing to work with. They got my Mini back on the road in a flash, professional, thorough, up front and honest. Craig even stayed over an hour so that i could get off work and come pick it up when it was ready on a Friday evening. (Wasn't expecting it to be ready till Monday.)
