I had been chasing after the cause of an intermittent check engine light on my Mini Cooper for almost a year. After disappointing results at other shops I took it to Action on the recommendation of an acquaintance. They were able to identify and resolve my issue in less than two days. I am happy to recommend them to anyone. We have three Minis in our family. They will all be going to Action when service is needed. Thanks to service writers John and Craig and the guys in the back.

Great service! Friendly people! They fixed my truck and got me rolling again. It was a hard to diagnose electrical problem that I know many shops would shy away from but they figured it out and fixed it and kept me informed of their progress along the way. I also appreciated that they weer willing to explain things to me and help me understand and learn.

"I don't use mechanics" I've always serviced my vehicles because I had trouble trusting a mechanic to just fix my issue, not try and sell me more then I need. My wife's Sante Fe was needing some extra love, so I took a chance and let Action look at it. Craig was great to deal with, let me know the status of the repair and how much it was going to cost, if I wanted to proceed. I needed some AC service once it got warm, and again, same communication. He stayed over, late so we could pick up the car after the repair. I'll still do the normal servicing of my cars, but anytime I'm over my head, I will use Action Automotive. I highly recommend them for your service needs. Two weeks ago I had some work done on my Jetta TDI. During the whole time, I was kept informed on what was being done, recommendations and cost. I was again, very happy with the service I received from Craig and his staff.

We have been using Action Automotive for our 2006 Scion xB for years and have always had excellent service. The owner and staff are great and have kept out vehicle running in top notch condition. Their prices are very fair especially for the quality of work they do. I truthfully can not give you a comparison of their work to other local automotive repair shops since we're never thought of using anyone else and do not plan to. We recommend them 100%. A very satisfied customer.
