"I don't use mechanics" I've always serviced my vehicles because I had trouble trusting a mechanic to just fix my issue, not try and sell me more then I need. My wife's Sante Fe was needing some extra love, so I took a chance and let Action look at it. Craig was great to deal with, let me know the status of the repair and how much it was going to cost, if I wanted to proceed. I needed some AC service once it got warm, and again, same communication. He stayed over, late so we could pick up the car after the repair. I'll still do the normal servicing of my cars, but anytime I'm over my head, I will use Action Automotive. I highly recommend them for your service needs. Two weeks ago I had some work done on my Jetta TDI. During the whole time, I was kept informed on what was being done, recommendations and cost. I was again, very happy with the service I received from Craig and his staff.

We have been using Action Automotive for our 2006 Scion xB for years and have always had excellent service. The owner and staff are great and have kept out vehicle running in top notch condition. Their prices are very fair especially for the quality of work they do. I truthfully can not give you a comparison of their work to other local automotive repair shops since we're never thought of using anyone else and do not plan to. We recommend them 100%. A very satisfied customer.

I have used action automotive for numerous repairs over the past year on my vehicle. Being unfamiliar with cars and new to the area I was very nervous to go to a new business with the fear of someone taking advantage of my lack of knowledge in car repair. Every employer i’ve spoken to has been respectful, friendly, informative and upfront about my vehicles needs. I’ve never felt pressured to agree to get something fixed on my vehicle and they have always worked with my work schedule and budget to the best of their ability. They have even provided me with a ride home in the past.I 100% recommend their services!!

My car had a mystery rattle which no one could pinpoint except Action Auto! I swore it was the exhaust, or worst case- transmission. After 4 visits to other shops, AA took the time to find the true cause- it was the custom air filter box! Saved me thousands I may have spent on a new trans! Courteous & reasonable prices. A+
