Friendly,sincere. I was given more time than what I originally stated the cars issue was. I was shown results of testing. I listened as customers with bigger car issues were explained in detail reasoning/options/solutions. I definitely will return if I’ve any car issues in the future! I appreciate good service!

Team was professional and got our car in the same day. Stayed overtime to get it back at no extra charge.

Went there after buying a used truck from a dealer down the road from them and Craig took the time to inspect everything and help with the extended warranty I bought with the truck. Was able to check everything and find the problems and issues that I wasn't aware of but had suspected but didn't even tell them of so I really trust them now and would recommend them to everyone cause they have fair prices for excellent work.

I had been chasing after the cause of an intermittent check engine light on my Mini Cooper for almost a year. After disappointing results at other shops I took it to Action on the recommendation of an acquaintance. They were able to identify and resolve my issue in less than two days. I am happy to recommend them to anyone. We have three Minis in our family. They will all be going to Action when service is needed. Thanks to service writers John and Craig and the guys in the back.

Great service! Friendly people! They fixed my truck and got me rolling again. It was a hard to diagnose electrical problem that I know many shops would shy away from but they figured it out and fixed it and kept me informed of their progress along the way. I also appreciated that they weer willing to explain things to me and help me understand and learn.

Very professional, clean shop. They had my 4wd repaired in no time. Props to the owner for great communication before and after getting my 4runner repaired. I will be making this my goto shop.
