I took my MINI for an oil change and a problem with a window not sealing completely. In the course of completing the work, with which I was pleased, they noted several bulbs were out and offered to replace them. When I went over my bill a few days later I noticed that the labor charge for the bulb replacement seemed out of whack. When I brought this to Craig the owner’s attention he looked into it immediately and discovered that the overcharge was an unintentional code error. He apologized profusely, and didn’t simply correct the amount, but refunded my money completely. Needless to say, I was really impressed with how he handled the situation, and I will certainly be servicing my car there again.
