I thought my air conditioning needed major service. Turns out the diagnosis was that it only needed to be recharged. Quick, honest service and I had my car back in no-time.

I've taken my car to Action Automotive a number of times and have had good experiences all around. The provide solid service and do well in communicating what's going on with your car and the different options to deal with it. I appreciate that they don't pressure you and that they reward customer loyalty. It's definitely my go-to auto shop in town.

They are wonderful! Whenever I take my car they repair it super fast and well. They consult you and explain everything before taking any further steps. Today was the third time I have gone. This time I had an electrical problem and they have been able to find where the problem was and for a very reasonable price. I recommend it 100%. Also, as an international student I would like to emphasize that they are VERY kind and patient with L2 speakers (it is not easy to talk about mechanics in a language that is not your mother tongue). They always tries to explain it to you in a thousand ways :) so that it is clear what is happening. Really congratulations on a brilliant team and service!

The service experience was top notch and timely. Took our Audi A6 in for full brake job and was impressed with their level of communication and professionalism. Had the job done same day at the exact price they quoted.
