I’ve gone to these guys a few times since my private mechanic retired…. I did research to find a shop with high ratings and found this place…. I’ll admit I came into the shop a little hot the first time considering my dad’s a mechanic and that I’m also am willing to work on my own rig as female… I kind of assumed that these guys would kind of roll their eyes at me…However, they have been nothing but helpful.. extremely communicative… and Jon and Craig call/text as much as needed… and everyone I’ve met so far is very respectful; just straight shooters… I love my rig and will pay whatever it needs but besides that this is an honest shop with great work ethic and customer service. I can’t speak highly enough with what I’ve experienced so far. Check them out if you’re looking for a good shop.

I have taken my Toyota Sienna and my Camry Hybrid to Action Automotive on two different occasions. In both cases, they were very professional and timely is diagnosing and fixing the issue. I felt that their communication was really clear and the pricing fair. I definitely recommend their services.

These guys were able to get my car in right away, had my car repaired and back to me the next day, and had excellent communication and called whenever they had an update. Very quick and professional and I would highly recommend this place to others

Highly recommend Action Automotive. I needed repairs under my dealership warranty. John explained everything to me and assisted with the claim process. They also had my repairs done in just a few days. Great service overall!
