Owner Craig communicates often and well. Somehow makes routine service feel like a summer BBQ with friends. In the sea of shops that exist in the bell curve around Eugene, with Craig at the helm + on his knees in the floorboard of my car scanning fault codes himself, his shop shines brightly as the place to be. Good character, integrity, generosity...in a positively old fashioned way. Pleasant interactions, every time. Simply extraordinary. For the foregoing reasons, my trust certainly feels well placed with Action Automotive.

Super nice folks, especially the owner... and it was my experience that everything was diagnosed and fixed correctly the first time around and within bitn the price range and repair time quoted. 'Nuff said I reckon.

Our 2007 Mitsubishi Outlander had a crack in the radiator: Action Automotive worked with me to ensure same-day repairs. A few weeks later, when the battery died, they were able to squeeze me in and again ensure a same day repair. They were also kind enough to do a spot check on a work truck that came back from the field a bit bruised. Excellent communication regarding anticipated and actual costs for service and just really nice folks to work with.

A first time customer, I came in with what turned out to be trouble with my transmission. Ben did a bit of research and determined that an extended drivetrain warranty had been issued on my particular vehicle. It would be no charge to me if taken to the dealership for service. Action could’ve easily fixed the issue and charged me for a very expensive repair but instead they took the road of integrity and found a way for me to save a bunch of money. Customer before cash. What a beautiful concept. They now have a customer for life.

They went out of their way to take in my disabled truck, find out just what was wrong, and fix the problems while letting me know each time before fixing. Their charges were reasonable and what they quoted. They finished when they said they would. I will use them again!
