Don't go to this place if you are looking to get shafted, treated like you are nothing, or if you want a mechanic to give you a laundry list of problems that aren't real. These guys will treat you right, give you a fair price and will be honest. Great guys right from the door opening to the mechanic(s) on duty.

Very professional ready to get you back on the road

My car would not start. The starter wouldn't even roll over. Action Automotive cleared the computer code that was keeping the car from starting, replaced the old battery, and checked out the starter and alternator, which turned out to be fine. It seemed like good work, and got my car up and running again. Thanks!

Came in with bad brake fade, problem was quickly diagnosed but unfortunately Ford has discontinued making the part. Craig and Ben were very helpful not only locating a suitable used replacement but also getting it shipped here quickly and getting our vehicle back to us all fixed up and in a timely manner. Very professional and courteous, highly recommend!

All my Check Hybrid System lights came on today. I googled Action Auto, and found that they work on hybrids. Fearing for my pocketbook I took my car over. They were pleasant, and within 1.5 hours had diagnosed and fixed the issue. They didn’t over promise or over bill. And I didn’t even need a new battery pack, just a filter clean out. One of the easiest (and cheapest) garage bills ever. They just won my whole families business.
