Always great and friendly! They were super transparent and told me I could find the part elsewhere cheaper, wrote down the part number for me and even found a store that had it in stock.

They went above and beyond! They were very nice and courteous and timely!

The best part is what they DIDN'T do. I went in, to proactively get my brakes done. My Prius is 15 years old, 120K, and I've lived on a steep hill its whole life. Since 45K, I've had mechanics tell me it was almost time for a brake job. I took it in to Action, and they called to tell me I still don't need one! Hard to find at any time, but these are great mechanics who can be counted on for honest assessment, and stellar work. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Action has become my go-to for any auto concerns! My latest service with them was actually the result of a squeaky loose belt that they installed, but they diagnosed, fixed, and had my car back to me at no charge within hours.

I recently visited Action Automotive for an oil change and general engine check-up for my 2006 Scion xB. After having it serviced, which is always expertly done, I put the receipt into my auto maintenance folder and realized my oldest receipt from Action Automotive was from 2013. I started using Action Automotive after moving to Eugene and never felt the need even look for a different Auto Shop. The staff there is friendly, informative and expertly trained. They are great at diagnosing problems and stand by the repairs they make. If you are looking for a very reliable and well equipped Auto Shop for repairs or just general maintenance I 100% recommend giving Action Automotive a try.

My daughter’s car broke down and with her being new to town we didn’t have an established car repair place. We had her car towed to Action Automotive late at night and called in the morning hoping they could see it. Not only did they diagnose it but fixed it the same day and my daughter was back on the road by the early afternoon. Highly recommend!!

My car had a very weird glitch that caused the computer system to screw up. Craig the owner of this business was very kind and honest, his mechanics tried to figure out what was wrong but the shop didn't have to the right equipment. He told me straight forward that if his people were to try to figure out what was wrong it could take anywhere from hours to months because they would have to test everything one thing at a time. I greatly appreciate honesty and he was very honest and willing to help in any way he could, even if it meant I took my business elsewhere. He was even willing to store my car on his lot for free as long as we needed. I love this place and even though I had to take my car somewhere else to be fixed, if I have any other problems his shop will be my first option. He also loves dogs and keeps treats around for any that may visit
