I have been to Action Automotive several times this year for routine maintenance and tire rotation. I had them preform a trip check on my car as I was getting ready to drive about 2500 miles. They found a couple of small problems. They called me to discuss what they found and what it would cost. I have been very pleased with their work and the people I have interacted with. And they always answer my questions (patiently). I would highly recommend them.

Went in because my truck was binding, thinking it was the transmission. Brought it in, they checked everything and couldn't find anything wrong with the transmission but did uncover that needed a new axle. A couple days later, I had a knock develop and brought it back in - found out a holding clip had failed and they replaced it right then. Great service, they have my recommendation so far!

Really enjoyed the friendliness and ease of doing business with a automotive service that I have not used before. I have been a customer of another service for over 15 years... and developed trust in that business... until things seem to change... and I lost my trust in them. In my two interactions with Action Automotive I felt comfortable and developed a trust in Craig and crew in two visits... I think I am coming back for more service from them.
