I asked Craig and his team to diagnose a check engine code on my Ram diesel. While my truck was in the shop I asked them to rotate the tires and change the oil. They did an excellent job! I’m taking my truck back for a new transmission valve body tomorrow. I highly recommend Action Automotive!

My wife and I have been taking our 2006 Scion xB to Action Automotive since 2013. They have kept our vehicle in perfect running condition all these years. There front desk is always staffed with very knowledgeable people and their mechanics are excellent at diagnosing and fixing whatever problems your vehicle may have. Since we started using Action Automotive we have never felt it necessary to "shop around" for other automotive repair shops as we have always been fully satisfied with their work and professionalism.

I came here because my usual repair shop didn’t have the special tools needed to replace my timing belt in my ‘16 Ford Fiesta. Ben, who I spoke on the phone with throughout the whole process, was cool, calm, and collected and was very straightforward on repairs necessary and total cost. There were no surprises and they were a breeze to work with. The owner, Brian, personally reached out to me after my repair to thank me for my business and offer a discount on my next service—a kindness that was completely out of the blue considering I had an amazing experience and was expecting it to be left at that. I will be back for my routine maintenance and will definitely consider them in the future for any emergency repairs! Thank you all at Action!
