This place is great. We had a Brake Booster warning light and intermittent brake failures on our 3rd Gen Prius. We immediately brought it into the dealer to get proper diagnosis. Dealer gave diagnosis, repair cost and turnaround...they said it would be more than a week and a half to get the part and about $3,500. Not able to spend that much on a rental, I googled Prius Repair and found Action Auto. I talk to Johnny and he was able to do the proper repair for $1500 cheaper and about 5 days earlier. He went out of his way to suggest an additional test to rule out the full repair suggested by the dealer. Turns out that in fact the car only needed the one part replaced vs. the two part dealer quote. It's 90 days later and the car runs great with no problems. We have done additional maintenance with Action Auto since. Thanks again!

Friendly and fair pricing! 10/10 recommend

The repair on my 2005 Toyota Highlander proved to be more involved than originally anticipated. AA kept me informed throughout the process with complete transparency and honesty. I appreciated that I was given options and recommendations for how much work to do, but I was not pressured at all to spend more money than I was comfortable or that I thought was worthwhile for my older vehicle. Because I have low miles on my vehicle, I opted for the full repair option and AA closely followed the Toyota directive for repair of this issue that is common to my generation of Highlander. I am very happy with the repair by AA's ASE-certified technicians and thrilled that the repair is warrantied. I'm telling all my friends about Action Automotive as it can be difficult to find a good, honest, and caring mechanic these days.

Always the best service at Action Automotive. I never let anyone touch my cars typically but I never hesitate to reach out to Craig and the crew at Action when I don't have time or a repair is getting the better of me. This last instance my DPF was just over the soot limit after waiting too long to replace a VNT actuator on my TDI. My own software didn't have the modules necessary to run a DPF regen. My technician Johnny spent longer than necessary trying to get the car to regen after a couple of days of trying different options. He finally found a way to make it work and the car is driving normally again and way less than the cost of a new DPF and labor. I don't care what you drive give Action Automotive a call if you want trustworthy technicians that will go above and beyond to get you back on the road! Thanks as always!

Action Auto is the best service center I have ever worked with. They do a good job of figuring out what needs to be done and explain what it will cost and how long it will take. Information flow is good. AND a few days after Craig, the owner, followed up to make sure everything was good.
