Have been having coolant leak problems for months. Took it to two shops both told me they couldn't find a leak, although one did replace a part but it didn't fix the leak. Took it to Action Action Automotive and found that the water pump was leaking. Very impressed with the service and how quickly they were able to addresse the problem. Will definitely be using them in the future.

These people are honest and patient. They take their time explaining complicated mechanical problems, so I understand exactly what they are talking about. The printed summary was very informative. The work was done exactly as I was told, and there were no surprises.

The small business is very fast working and clearly explains the issues wrong with my car. They also communicate every step of the way. I will definitely return and trust them with my car.

Action Automotive was so easy to work with! They got my repair done quickly, and Ben's customer service was fantastic. Everytime I called I was able to reach someone and get all my questions answered. I'll definitely be back next time I have car troubles!

These guys are amazing. I called so many places that told me it would be at least 6 weeks before they could even look at my truck. I got in an accident Monday the 15th. They took my truck in that Friday night and it was ready for pick up Monday afternoon. So kind and patient. It was under my deductible, so I didn't even need to use insurance. Thank you guys so much!!!! Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Action Automotive. I worked with Ben on the customer service side and he was very patient and clear and an excellent communicator. That means a lot to me because I am out of my depth when it comes to mechanical things. On the auto service side, I was so grateful that they could install the part in one day because I needed to leave town the very next day. I'm very pleased with all of the service I received at AA and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for honest , timely and quality car repair as well as excellent customer service.
