The service at Action Automotive is top notch. The service manager Brian and the entire staff have provided me with excellent, diligent, and preeminent service on a range of my vehicles. Action Automotive strives to provide affordable, honest, and professional service, and it shows. They have a vast knowledge of a range of mechanical and repair services for an even greater range of vehicles; from foreign to domestic. I place a high value of trust with Action Automotive and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone for any vehicle. They are always kind and courteous when dealing with any question I have, big or small. They treat every customer and vehicle with care and consideration regardless of project scope, size, or cost. Their shuttle service for pick up and drop off of customers is also a key factor in their well rounded service experience. I will be utilizing Action Automotive for all my vehicles for all repairs in the future.

I've been going here for several years for work on 3 different cars, and they've always done great work. Very friendly and helpful. A major repair was done well and quickly. On two occasions, their ~$100 used car inspections gave me confidence in the car and bargaining power to lower the price by more than the cost of the inspection.

I stopped by Action Automotive to ask them about a strange sound with my car. One of the technicians promptly took a drive around the block with me, free of charge, to check out the issue. The next week, I took my vehicle in for a proper routine inspection. Craig and the others were friendly, informative, and addressed the concerns I had. Additionally, they charged me a very fair price for the work and were transparent about the work they did. They gave me relevant documentation about the original sound issue, and sent me on my way with peace of mind. Overall, a very professional, friendly, and fair experience from start to finish. I am new to Oregon and the Eugene area, and will definitely be taking my car back to Action Automotive if and when I have any issues!Mark

I brought Craig my BMW Z3 after it was damaged by another driver in a parking lot. Craig and his team were concientious and thorough, and did a great job on the repairs. There were some minor issues that came up after the repairs that ended up being new problems with the car that needed to be addressed, and Craig srang into action to sort them out. Action did a great job on my car and is my preferred shop for service from now on.

Service staff is always pleasant and repairs well done. They respond to my questions about what is going on which is great since they know a lot more about cars than I do. LOL

Everyone there is friendly and professional. My work was finished in the time promised and the amount quoted. I even got a ride to work.

My car has been wonderful and I haven't needed a mechanic in years (major repairs). I went to Action Automotive because a coworker had been going there and gave me a great review of their service. I have experienced for myself quality service here. Even though appointments are recommended, they were able to work me in for help with a broken wiper system. It took a huge burden off me worrying.
